Mike Foster began his career at 19 years old working at a local movie theater in Calabasas, California. Slated to go into corporate management, Mike took a different direction when joking around with a fellow projectionist about comedy in the workplace. Plans began to develop to write a movie based on their co-workers at the movie complex called "Projecting Words of Chaos". Although the project never got off the ground, the organic experience of simple observations building into a storyline sparked his creativity and inspired a completely different career.

Since the early days of threading films for moviegoers, Mike Foster has produced multiple television specials, involved in the writing, cinematography, and editing of numerous documentaries, short films, music videos, behind the scenes featurettes, and web content with everyone from activists to musicians to comedians.

The documentarian and filmmaker is focused on exposing the tick of problems. Using musicianship, humor, and/or reality to solve issues -- storytelling on a large scale in order to help us better understand each other.
