Logline.- Any light, electric and natural, into the whole planet disappear for 0'02 attoseconds. Only one person around the globe came to detect the blackout. This is the argument for a documental film that a production company receives from a researcher, Louis-Guillaume Verdes, explaining his investigation about a scientific special event, the source of "meta-history" explanations, overcoming the obstacles imposed by the rigid science world to any "unruly" research.

Synopsis.- Verde’s paper says that in the spring of 2003 a very slight alteration in oxygen levels has changed the configuration of planet parameters. A gas emission of cobalt from the Belize coast caused a human behaviour modification of 0'0000012 degrees juba. The alteration did not come from human action but a likely mutation anemofila, a mass poisoning of the air by the effect of the decomposition of a huge bank of dead jellyfish. These changes were not new; the human behaviour had been altered several times according to the planetary geological whims from radicalism into orbit during the "stone age" to the atomic explosions in Bikini Islands, but Belize locked a full stop.
