MOTEL1989 is a project based in Genoa on the ligurian coast in the north west of italy, covering art, underground music and nightlife, MOTEL1989 also runs a weekly club night in the industial area of Genoa bringing to the ligurian capital artists from all over europe and italy.

The 2010/2011 winter Season saw the likes of: APPAREL MUSIC / NICO LAHS / LULA CIRCUS / DAVE DK / HUXLEY / COSMIC COWBOYS / MAYA JANE COLES / SILICONE SOUL / MINIMONO / GIOVANNI VERRINA / THE CLOVER / HANDMADE / NICHOLAS / IRON CURTIS / QUICKEE / GANDIN / GANDALF / RUFUS / S.M.A.L.L / PEPPERPOT / GWEN MAZE and many others.

2011 will also see the birth of their own record label.. news coming soon.
