Muzaffer Mehmet Caglar
He was born in Erzurum. After graduated his university education in Yeditepe University Business Administration department ,he went to United States of America for Cinema education. He finished New York Film Academy film-making program in 2009-2010. During this period he wrote and directed "Expectations" short movie with using HD-DSLR technology.

He turned back to Turkey and start to improve DSLR film making projects. In 2010 summer he is assigned in Selim Evci`s second full-length feature film project "Winds" as an assistant director. After that he is assigned many music video projects and commercials as a HD-DSLR team leader and assistant director. He thinks that HD-DSLR is a revolution in cinema and it will continue. He is one of the first HD-DSLR user in Turkey with all accessories.

Now he is working on his new short movie project. He started the master program in the Division of Cinema at Beykent University, Istanbul and also continues his photography and film projects currently under Evci Film Production.

He uses HD-DSLR equipments including; Canon 5D mark II, Canon 7D, Redrock Micro DSLR support system, Zeiss prime Lenses, Sigma and Canon Lenses, Marshall HD monitors,Tiffen filters, Zacuto, Cinevate, and Manfrotto stabilizers.
