I have been working as a freelance Production Assistant/ Secretary and Runner for the last 3 years.


MAIN TASKS
• Front House (office management, booking taxis and couriers, booking financial/production meetings, greeting visitors)

• Set up and organize production folders/documents (PO’s, Petty Cash Forms, Call Sheets, Risk Assessments, Production Bibles, Production Calendars, Unit Lists, Script Breakdowns, Crew and Actors Contracts, Shooting Licensing)

• Organizing travel and accommodation within in the EU and abroad (Portugal, Spain, Canada)

• Production research, props research, audience research and cast research

• Casting and wardrobe breakdowns

• Booking cast rehearsals/fittings/rooms, crewing up (basic experience handling pencil sheets for commercials), and equipment hire

• Floor runner, production runner and driver

• Booking Manager – experience handling post-production work/documents, (booking edit and audio post production suits, credit lists, sponsors logos, graphic inputs, etc.), experience supervising promos and VT’s for TV Shows

• Organized, hard working, multi-skilled, attention to detail, enthusiastic, motivated, persistent, responsible proactive person and I have always a smile on my face when faced with challenges!
