CURRICULUM VITAE STUDIORUMQUE

Carlo Nannicola was born in L'Aquila in 1981.
Since 1998 he is web designer and since 2000 he collaborate with private televisions as editor and director.
In 2003 he enrols at the University of Fine Arts of L’Aquila, with which he collaborates in the field of audio-visuals.
In 2006 he take the First Level Degrees in Graphic of Art and Design. He currently is enrolled at the Second Level of the same course.
Lives and works in Spain and Italy.

CONCEPT

His main interests are in the net art and the subadvertising, his research melts different languages ranging from photography to video, from new media to performance.
Committed to street art, in 2008, he elaborates “a series of six advertisements
conveying the necessity to free expression and the opportunity to (r)esist in the abundance of images”.
Since 2006 he is VJ.
