Natalie Butto draws from broad dimensions in facilitating professional, organizational, and community development through diverse avenues.
She is currently an Asst. Professor at Broward College, teaching courses in Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Sustainability. Prior experience includes working as a higher education administrator; corporate counsel and manager; and as an attorney with a global practice.
Passionate about lifelong learning, she facilitates workshops; presents at national conferences; and produces/directs public service audio and video programs. Her education includes: MBA and JD degrees; as well as certifications in Coaching, Organizational dynamics, Diversity training, Yoga teaching, and Production. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Natalie has served on corporate diversity/inclusion committees; on Boards for the National Inventors Hall of Fame, French Minister of Tourism, Human Rights Campaign, United Way, and a community theater; and as a volunteer with many professional and nonprofit associations (e.g. teaching in prison).
