I would also think that using the JAWS theme in this case could be argued as fair use.

*I've noticed that a whole lot of videos on Vimeo use copyrighted music for soundtrack purposes. As long as you're not making any money from the video, the odds that you'll get sued (or receive a cease and desist letter) are slim.
