First up - I love Vimeo. I think it's a great service, but... We once used a Vimeo video to show a screencast on http://silverbackapp.com/ but were forced to remove it as it violated your commercial use policy. On another occasion I asked on here about your commercial use policy on behalf of one of our clients. I was told that in no way could Vimeo-hosted videos be used on commercial sites, and the thread was immediately locked, so it's obviously a topic you take seriously. That's why it confuses me when I see this kind of thing, which I've been seeing a lot of recently: http://threadless.com/griffin So, what is and what isn't allowed? thanks, Paul
