NIMBUS INDEPENDENT

Nimbus Independent was started in 2007 by Eric Pollard in collaboration with Pep Fujas, Andy Mahre, and Chris Bencheter. The four like minded skiers began Nimbus to bring a different perspective to the world of ski movies.

Nimbus was the first company to make webisodes. In 2008 they produced and released five 30 minute webisodes that documented their winter and summer seasons. Since their inception they have created and branded a style, format and approach to movie making.

“We want to relate to skiers. Not simply show the best shots from an entire year of traveling, but depict the ups and downs, the injuries, road trips, and total experience.” -Chris Benchetler.

Nimbus Independent has expanded their film productions to include a full length webisode series titled En Route and a short webisode series titled Point and Shoot.
