Notice Bureau is Celia Marais and Tavish, two people working in direction, design, art and photography out of San Francisco. We approach projects with strong, simple concepts and an original blend of graphic and filmed imagery. We can keep things clean and elegant, or make them messy and chaotic. We have directed designed and conceived music videos, installations, album covers, photo shoots, logotypes, websites, and more. We enjoy working with people in creative fields including art, music, and fashion.
