Düsseldorf’s “NRW-Forum Kultur und Wirtschaft” shows changing exhibitions illustrating topical issues against specific cultural backgrounds. These include exhibitions of photography, media, fashion, communications, architecture, mobility or lifestyle.

A special focus of the NRW-Forum is on photography and new media, as is reflected in exhibitions featuring the work of Peter Lindbergh, Helmut Newton, Anton Corbijn and Miwa Yanagi and the aesthetics of video. Another focus is on fashion, with exhibitions dedicated to Alexander McQueen, Manolo Blahnik or Vivienne Westwood.

Das NRW-Forum Kultur und Wirtschaft zeigt kontextuelle Ausstellungen, die wirtschaftliche oder gesellschaftliche Fragen vor ihrem kulturellen Hintergrund behandeln. So zum Beispiel Ausstellungen zu den Themen, Medien, Mode, Kommunikation, Forschung, Mobilität oder Lifestyle. Eine weitere Innovation des NRW-Forum ist, dass zum ersten Mal ein öffentliches Ausstellungshaus von einem privaten Betreiber im Rahmen eines Management-Vertrages besorgt wird.
