NT fuze is revolutionizing the high school film and broadcasting standard by producing high quality work with a Hollywood workflow. Aspiring filmmakers and creatives collaborate in a modern high school environment to produce a monthly variety show as well as submissions for local film festivals and competitions. To date we have had submissions accepted into South by Southwest, Dallas International Film Festival, and other venues.
As an elective course at New Tech High @ Coppell learners can start their freshman year in a preliminary program that prepares them for the level of expertise required to be in the advanced courses of NT Fuze. No prerequisite is needed to be in the class. We manage our own projects from the initial spark of an idea to the completed piece.
As a program we use industry standard equipment, such as the Canon 7D, Red Rock Micro, Lowel, and Apple. We pride ourselves in being on the cutting edge of technology.
Currently we are starting an audio engineering program to produce our soundtracks in house rather than using licensed cookie cutter music
