Eric Elofson
Eric Elofson is an American filmmaker pursuing his master's degree at New York University, Tisch School of the Arts Asia in Singapore. His films have premiered at major film festivals in New York, Chicago, Austin, Palm Springs, Setubal and Seattle.

Though his film roots are in the US, he has shot in fishing villages in Indonesia, war zones in Burma, on seaside rock faces in Thailand, and in slums in India. When he isn't writing, directing, producing or editing a film he is usually out hiking or trad/sport climbing in some remote part of the world.

Among his life's accomplishments are walking the red carpet at Cannes, donating a kidney, fighting a grizzly bear and her two cubs, rock climbing on every continent, pitching his plane into a stalled death spiral, getting arrested by a SWAT team, and living to make movies about it.
