Oblivious Films

Oblivious Films is made up of a talented machinima producer and his eight collaborators of varying degrees of involvement. The group was started after Macheath of the guild Oblivious had made several humorous game play and raid videos featuring the guild raids and other events on the Malygos-US server. The group began talking about working on storyline machinima and produced a music video titled "Being Helpful" set to the song "Super Bon Bon" by Soul Coughing. Emboldened by the reaction from their guildmates and friends, the group set out to make their first film featuring voice acting and some limited special effects. The series "The Grind" was the result. Episode 0 didn't include the storyline that would drive later episodes, but did feature many of the cast in different capacities and the type of humor that would make "The Grind" the popular series it became.

Oblivious Films has won Best Comedy at the Blizzcon machinima awards for the past two years running, and looks forward to dominating all future events (pending participation by other parties which may produce superior content).
