Oakland County CrossFit is a human performance facility that may not catch your eye as you drive by. It is known by those who set out to visit one of the toughest gyms in America, and it is the home to those who choose to join our growing community. Founded by husband and wife, Matt & Andrea Martinec, Oakland County CrossFit is an organization dedicated to the advancement of human performance and a return to functionality. The tools we use to increase your performance are much simpler than those you would see in a traditional fitness center and are much more primal in nature. We believe the movements and exercises you use in training should look normal outside the training environment.
