Ossi Ojutkangas Plus
Most of the people call me an artist, even though I don't like the word too much because its negative connotations. If you ask me, I would rather call myself magician or illusionist. The things I create have often something to do with twisting and bending reality, creating absurd illusions by mixing fact and fiction. Even though I like many works of surrealism, I thin it's a different matter. Instead, I would call my style absurdism, that indeed have something in common with surrealism, at the same time being something different.
I have pretty strong background in traditional arts, most notably drawing, illustrating and comics. My visual diaries have a lot of collages as well, and I've to incorporated some of these elements into my videos.
