In this one hour Lotus flow class, we use mudra, mantra, and asana to guide our awareness towards the second chakra, which is all about creativity and our ability to flow. Melt into the vinyasa, surrender into the hip openers, and challenge yourself with a few creative sequencing surprises thrown into the mix.Intermediate level.
We chant to Chenrezig, the Embodiment of Compassion in Tibetan Buddhism. As we call upon the blessings of this beloved Buddha, we direct the focus on others and expand our own world. In this heart opening class we ask ourselves what gifts do we inherently possess. Peeling the layers from the heart we recognize that these benevolent qualities are innate and already aspects of our own true nature.

In this one hour intermediate level class, we explore how using Pranayama, the fourth limb of yoga, helps us to build more focus and concentration into our asana practice. Breath is the link between the internal and external, both physically and energetically. This class utilizes signature Lotus poses like fallen triangle with lots of balancing poses and backbends to get the body primed for breathing deep!

Through the use of svadyaya, or self study, we learn to make choices from our Intuition and higher consciousness in both our Practice on the mat and off the mat. Including vajra mudra, lots of balancing poses, and moving through Lotus flow sequencing with both effort and ease.

In Closing, we floated the Ganesh mudra to our heart's center, plugging into the energy of the Anahata Chakra, reminding us that all paths can lead to love.
