This documentary not only warms the taste buds it warms the heart too. Who'd have thought the story of a hot sauce could be so compelling, beautifully shot and narrated, your passion for Sriracha really comes through in this awesome tribute. Well done Griffin!

Fantastic documentary about a condiment and its loyal community. Informational. Insightful. And if you could stick your tongue on it, it'd probably taste good. Thanks for introducing David Tran to us while also opening the sriracha world up to brands beyond Huy Fong. Good show!

Classic beautiful pictures and a solid cast of characters tell a story of a hot sauce that we have all grown to love! My only complaint is that I wish it was longer!

This documentary provides a fascinating look at the origins of the popular hot sauce, Sriracha. Trivial as the subject may be, the film is not only highly engaging, but very well done. From the cinematography to the development on the story, Sriracha offers both fans and those unfamiliar with the hot sauce with a great viewing experience. Highly recommended.

An enjoyable and engaging look at the origins and production of the famous hot sauce. It's great for fans of the sauce or just someone who's interested in how something like that gets produced. The story of the founder is inspiring! Well worth the minimal cost!

Definitely worth the wait for this documentary! I have been following the progress of this film since Griffin announced it, so I had to watch it today! Turned out great, very informative, I now know a lot about this hot sauce, and must try and get some over in the UK. The camera work was flawless, so well done on that Griffin!

Beautifully filmed, Griffin Hammond's Sriracha documentary goes behind the scenes of this American icon like no one ever has. From the history of founder David Tran and his humble beginnings, to the hugely successful company that is Huy Fong Foods, Hammond's film includes never-before seen footage of the new factory in Irwindale, CA. A must watch for any chilehead, hot sauce fan, or lover of Sriracha!

One of those stories that's so fascinating that it's quite a disappointment when it ends. Far more than a mere pop culture phenomenon, this film covers a broad range of the hot sauce spectrum, from production to chili harvesting to fan made films and videos.

Sriracha, the movie! is a remarkable story of a fiercely loved product, the man behind the most famous version of the sauce and the culture that surrounds it. You don't have to be a fan of spicy sauce to enjoy this film. Sriracha is beautifully shot and masterfully told. Thank you, Griffin, for revealing the story behind the sauce and sharing the journey of the man behind the rooster, David Tran.

This was a fantastic documentary, exceptionally well , filmed, produced and presented. I had never heard of it until i saw it linked in my facebook newsfeed, but i'm so glad I took a chance and spent the 5 bucks to watch it. When the credits came i wished two things: that it was longer, and that I'd known about it so I could have sponsored it too!

This beautifully shot and well researched film dives into the history and culture of the iconic Huy Fong variation of Sriracha, a Thai hot sauce that has exploded in popularity in America. Fan of the sauce or not, you can't help but enjoy the masterfully told story of how creator David Tran went from a refugee during the fall of Saigon to building his own sauce empire. Much like David Tran's love of his spicy creation, Director Griffin Hammond shows a loving homage to the cultural phenomenon that is Sriracha.

I personally don't like hot sauce. I don't understand how someone can enjoy making their mouth uncomfortably hot. However, after watching this documentary I'm interested to try Sriracha. The movie wasn't amazing, but it was enjoyable and definitely worth the price tag. I'm eager to recommend this to some of my documentary loving friends and try out the popular sauce.

This is an amazing documentary, the cinematography is brilliant and for just $5 (£3.18) it makes it a bargain. Shame Sriracha is £7.99 over in the UK (Amazon). Looks like I'll be buying Tesco's 'Sriracha' rip off for the time being!

Very well made documentary! Thank you Mr. Griffin! Someone needs to pay a tribute such as this film to the founder of Huy Fong Foods. I have enjoyed this product for as long as they were invented. I enjoy the Sriracha, Garlic hot sauce, and sambal oelek. The 3 products have been residents in my fridge for decades. The story is so touching. David Tran is such a hard worker and humble person. I hope the problem with Irwindale will be solved and that the company can continue or I will cry. I am going to check out those cookbooks.

This movie was surprisingly uplifting and informing than I had thought. I am a viking (or scandinavian as we are called today) and as such like my food as fresh and unprocessed as possible, so we do not use much hot sauce. But the story of the people involved is really nice. Make more movies, please.
