Our clients
We work with organisations in local and central government, health, social care and children’s services, the police and community safety, education, the media, the voluntary sector, research, regulation and commerce. All the people we work with share a common commitment: a determination to improve the well-being of the communities they serve.

Our clients are interested in managing change in their organisations, developing leadership and management practice, responding to policy directives, communicating and consulting with their communities or researching and testing new ideas. We help them to make their organisations more effective, efficient and equitable, to build partnerships with other organisations and to listen and respond to their communities.
