In Out the Window, youth collaboratively write and produce videos and TV screen banners that explore aspects of their families, blocks, streets, and neighborhoods. These local youth made videos are transmitted on TV screens on all 2,200 LA Metro buses. Connecting all of LA to their own backyards with videos that are about/by/in Los Angeles.
