Witalis Szumilo Kulczycki was born in 1984, studied in Cracow and Edinburgh and received his BA with Honours in Business Management on Napier University and MA with Honours in Commodity Science on Cracow University of Economics. He completed his BSc's dissertation with distinction.
Witalis won a Direct Entry Programme scholarship in UK (2007-08) and also Erasmus Internship in Czech Republic (2009).
Witalis is a winner of several film competitions. He won 2 Grand Prix Awards year by year on "Zajawka" film festival in 2007 and 2008. Furthermore, he won a Distinction Award on "Orange Film Factor Festival" and a Grand Prix Award on "Filmextreme" film festival, both in 2008. In 2009, he won a Distinction Award on "Positively Filmed" film festival by GoSilesia.
Additionally, in 2009 his film was officially selected for New York International Independent Film and Video Festival (NYIIFVF).
Witalis is a holder of CAE, LCCI and other professional qualification certificates.
