Pablo Ros-Cardona (Malaga, 1972) Director and European script writer. A graduate in Audiovisual Communication at the Malaga University in 1996. Studied with the director Mariano Barroso and Benito Zambrano, undergoing two advance script writing courses in Valencia at the Internacional Menéndez Pelayo University . Undertaken two Directing course at the EICTV, Escuela de Cine de San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba, one of them a grant from the Junta de Andalucía.
In Spain, worked in the film industry from 1995 in different areas as scriptwriter, director and production manager for two feature films by the controversial Film Director Jesus Franco. One of his short films has been selected at the Festival de cine Iberoamericano de Huelva and was shown at Calle 13.
In London, worked since 2000 as a freelance director and is represented by various production companies. Directed a wide range of pop videos, shot on film, for different musical artists and record companies like Warner, Universal - Mercury or Subterfuge: commissioned, shown and selected in a number of national and international festivals like Medina del Campo.
Presently, working on the development stage of three feature film projects:

“Peter Punk”, comedy based in the UK and Spain selected in I.F.C.B (Iberoamerican Films Crossing Borders, organized by SGAE and Sociedad de Autor) during Guadalajara film festival, 2010.

“Northwest Passage”, period adventure script in collaboration with writer-producer Pablo Carrera.

With Spanish Production company Bee´s Pictures, the script “Minefield. (Sahara, 1975)”: Selected in E.F.C.B., (European Films Crossing Borders) during San Sebastian film festival, 2007, also at the l II Taller de Escritura Cinematografica (film scriptwriting workshop), given by Sergio Garcia Sanchez (El orfanato), under the umbrella of the festival de cine de Cuenca in November 2007, Un Verano de Guión, Córdoba 2008, with Miguel Machalski as project tutor and funded by la Junta de Andalucía for Project Development in 2009-2010.
