Pacific NW Pilates is STOTT PILATES® Licensed Training Center for Oregon and Washington. Our superb Instructor Trainers are at the forefront of pilates and rehabilitation education and they teach throughout the U.S. and abroad in addition to working with fitness clients in our Portland studio every day.

Our Portland studio offers private and small group classes for adults of every age and fitness level. Those include STOTT PILATES with floor mats and equipment, yoga, and special interest topics related to fitness and injury prevention.
