Pako Quijada’s work ranges from photography and video creation to post production and graphic design.
Graduated in Filmmaking in San Sebastian (Spain), he started taking pictures with a small camera at a very young age. To his extensive work in photography, were added his film creations.
His experience as a filmmaker includes documentary, narrative, music videos and experimental short films. He has also worked as a still photographer and editor in motion pictures. As a designer, he has developed many projects, including the final results to his photo shootings as well as the design of a bunch of websites. He has also written a few articles for different publications.
In 2012, he self-published his first book "DIM/LUZ". The book contains six personal photo collections and it's designed in a reversible way to emphasize on the theme of bright and dark, still and moving.
His latest work finds him exploring the artistic boundaries of his own work, be it through photographic series or experimental video.
He is currently living and working in London, UK.
