Imágenes, narrativas, sonidos, montaje, música, texto... todos estos elementos forman parte de la vida, la mía y de la de todos, aunque en mi caso ocupan una posición privilegiada, estructuran mis días y mis relaciones, ilustran mis recuerdos, acompasan mis pasos. Me gusta pensar que el mundo es a la vez libre que prisionero de su propia existencia y en esa contradicción surge la belleza, lo cotidiano que siempre sorprende cuando se le mira a los ojos ajeno al tiempo. En búsqueda de la distancia que me permita apreciar lo que el día a día nos ofrece y me conecte con un tiempo presente que siempre se me escapa y al que siempre recurro cuando se fue al pasado.

Images, narratives, sounds, editing, music, text… all these elements are traces of live. They are a part of my live and anyone else’s; however, my case is slightly different as they have a privileged position on my life. They structure my ideas and my relationships, illustrate my memories, and keep me in step. I would like to think the world is both free and prisoner of its own existence, and that it is precisely in this contradiction where beauty springs up, when suddenly the daily appears as unique, seen in its own essence, alien to time. Just like that, I find myself in the seek of distance, a distance which allows me to appreciate the daily and connects my vision to the time being, which is always getting away from me and to whom I always resort to when it has already become past.
