I exported a short clip from Premiere (1min EX3 shot at 1920 x 1080) and it took over 4 minutes to transfer. Also EX3 clips do not show up as thumbnails. Am I doing something wrong?

why didn't you just start the whole process in premiere cs6? Why edit in FCP and then transfer over to premiere? I mean if anyone has SpeedGrade then they would have to have premiere anyway right? So whats the point unless you have an older file that was
