I have directed numerous short films and documentaries and have also directed live studio programs as part of my degree and personal enjoyment.
"Imaginary Dad" is a short film following the life of Mike, an imaginary father figure to Matthew who is slowly forgotten about. I directed, edited and cast this short film.
"Evelyn" is a short character monologue which offered me the chance to work closely with an actor to create a performance.
My final year dissertation, "Jump for Shaun" follows Kerry Preston who lost her uncle to cancer and undertook a charity parachute jump in his memory raising over £1000. The documentary was used on the Bowel Cancer UK website to show Kerry's story and raise awareness and was chosen as an entry into the international "We Speak Here" short film festival in 2012.
