In facebook i have some videos which i ;ve upload in vimeo, but i usually in my facebook videos i add a link with the same video on vimeo, so they can watch it bothway. You can anyway chhose the thumbnail on your vimeo video and add the link on the facebook wall. You can not have all the thinks as you wish in this life! As about the videos in facebook that you don;t want everybody to watch them, that is easy- only friends as i know can watch them if you chhoose so. So dont be afraid of the... spies. They dont exist if you dont gues.
