The undertaking POREC was founded by a team of businesspeople in Mataró in the course of many years thanks to the technological know-how about machinery in the innovative textile sector. Driven by sensitivity and knowledge of the environment, the promoters of this project saw the added value that their stitch material technology provided compared to the rest of the exudative irrigation systems that were present on the market at that moment.

The company POREC Irrigation Systems, Ltd. was founded to go further in order to research and develop prototypes for irrigation systems.
