Tran Quoc Bao – Writer/Director
Bao started making movies in Hi8 video at an early age and developed his visual sense from Kung Fu movies, silents, musicals, and Hitchcock. He was named one of the top action short filmmakers by KungFuCinema.com and has garnered several Best of Festival awards for his films. He wrote and directed BOOKIE, which TwitchFilm.net praised its "flawlessly realized world populated by entirely fleshed out and believable characters, driven by a compelling narrative and brought to sumptuous life," while Cinema-Crazed.com applauded the "clever writing paired with tight performances, I'd love to see what Bao can do with a feature-length movie, he’s on the cusp of a big career ahead." He most recently finished BLACK COFFEE, a Super16 film made for the prestigious Fly Film Challenge that premiered at the 2009 Seattle International Film Festival. He is currently developing several feature projects in both America and Asia.

Nick Risinger - Producer
Nick Risinger is an entrepreneur at heart with a meticulous nature. His love of moviemaking was cultivated at a younger age on 8mm video that grew into a full-fledged career. He has produced several music videos and films that have screened in various festivals, in addition to winning a $10,000 grand prize in the Project Pioneer 2880 Short Film Competition. His production BOOKIE has been lauded by Cinema-Crazed.com as "one of the most convincing period pieces I've ever seen with some rather fantastic set designs, great performances, and a truly engaging story that balances well between neo-noir, romance, and action." FilmThreat.com also regarded the production's success "in transporting you to another time and place...[it] sucks you in and fools you into believing that it really is 1963 Seattle." Nick strongly believes in story as the most valuable asset to a picture.
