Joining PowerPlay Destination Properties in Fall 2010, Erika provides a strategic focus on business development and an emphasis on each project’s sales leadership, skill development, sales training and goal management. Erika delivers a relentless concentration on achieving business results while growing team members professional and personal excellence.

Stuart Carson:
Stuart has extensive senior executive experience encompassing Marketing, Strategy, Business Development, Resort Real Estate Envisioning and Master-planning, Operations and General Management including creating, establishing and operating two real estate sales and marketing companies.

Stuart is a founding Principal of Powerplay Destination Properties which has grown, in a period of just 18 months, to become a leading provider of sales and marketing services to “storied” real estate developers, with clients in mainland USA and Hawaii, Mexico, Australia, Argentina.

Mark Herbert:
Mark also has extensive senior management and executive experience in Regional oversight, Business Development, managing multiple sales teams in several resort locations as well as the creation of sales strategy to reignite floundering sales efforts. Known as an energetic team builder Mark has more than 18 years of international experience concluding complex transactions for real estate, foreign brand licensing and government military contracts.
