Mike Prickett is a cinematographer from the North Shore of Hawaii. He has been shooting for 24 years and focuses on extreme sports and action cinematography for feature films, commercials and television. He is known worldwide for his work in the water, has shot in nearly every ocean in the world, and has won numerous awards for his work including Emmys and Best Cinematography at the Sundance Film Festival. Mike’s feature film work includes, Down the Barrel, Billabong Odyssey, X Men 2, Riding Giants, Step Into Liquid, Blue Horizon, The Ride, Day of Days, and Red Sky Morning. In addition, Prickett works with all the major television networks – including NBC, CBS, ABC, National Geographic, BBC, Learning Channel, Fox Sports, and ESPN. He is also active in the commercial world with clients like Annheuser Busch, Pepsi, Nissan and Lexus.
