I was basically born with a video camera attached to my hand. My passion was realized when I was in the 6th grade with a dream to be a movie maker. As a youth I made a plethora of movies mostly horror films. All my friends and family were selected to be my actors weather they wanted to or not. We all had fun and I never had a friend turn me down, because the end product was fun to watch. They general turned out good for my age and what I had to work with, electronically that is. Most of my actors were pretty good actually.
I had dabbled in wedding videography when I was right out of high school in the mid 90's, charging only $100.00. In high school I was in a TV Production class that opened my eyes up. I thought I new everything there was to know about video until Osborne High Schools TV / Media Production class thought me a lot. I learned how to do AB Roll editing, how a TV station operates and I could go on & on. With that, and research on my own I taught myself enough to be able to get into videogrpahy on my own. And years later with the use of the internet I learned even more; the internet was hardly around when I was in high school in the mid 90's. This class made me realize that there was more than just film making. I like to say I have natural talent for video and film but I want to remain humble and say I just love it.
In 2003 we dabbled in wedding videography using the name PV Entertainment AKA Primm Video Entertainment. We were shooting about 5 to 8 weddings a year. In 2003 we also shot our first dance school which turned out to be something I fell in love doing as well. It was not until December 2009, 6 years later that we officially became a true business and we dropped the PV Entertainment and went with Primm Video. We started our website originally in 2003 but it was not official until 2009. My wife and I run this business part time where we shoot around 20 to 25 weddings a year and shoot 4 dance schools, which is about to be 5. I work fulltime 4 days a week for Cobb County in a G.I.S. Department and my wife is currently an accountant for a an electric utility vehicle company. We have no children and no ties to hold us down to creating videos as a second full time job. We work more on our side business than we do in our day jobs. We want to keep our full time jobs partly for the benefits and insurance.
Each year since 2009 God has continued to bless our business. The more we give to him the more blessing he gives to us. One thing I've learned in life you can't out give the Lord Jesus. He has given me a talent to share with the world one wedding and dance school at a time.
