Hi there, weve had alot of trouble uploading videos. we recently upgraded to vimeo pro to try and fix the problem but it hasnt worked. weve been trying to upload two seperate videos from different computers and internet connections with no luck - the upload takes a very long time, then freezes on a certain spot and wotn move even though it says its still uploading. if we delete the old partially uploaded videos, and try uploading again, it will often be stuck on 0% and refuse to move at all. weve tried all the suggestions/ are uploading at an optimal codec/ format etc for vimeo but no luck. Weve managed to upload one video since changing to pro, but there are currently 2 videos both stuck at the uploading stage on our vimeo, is there anything you can do to help with this??
