Since 1983, I have worked with County Government in Pennsylvania to improve land records information, property assessments, and fairness of taxation under current law. I am the primary person responsible for education of county staff and property owners on the topics of Reassessment, Land Records Management, Appraisal methodology, PA Assessment law, Internet data access, and other related topics. To aid in my education efforts, I am the executive producer of both edited videos and public meeting presentations. -Tim Barr
