Perry Harovas
Perry Harovas Graduated in 1990 from Emerson College with a B.A. in Film and Television. He has over 21 years experience in film, television and games. He has worked as a camera operator, director and as an online editor. His early work was on music videos, industrial films and commercials.
Harovas' first big break however, came in the early 1990's when legendary producer Roger Corman hired Harovas' company to create the first digital VFX for any of his films. And while Corman was famous for not paying much, he instead gave Harovas something far more valuable.
He said: "I don't care what it looks like, just make it look cool." And with that, he was off and running. Harovas' company went on to create VFX for two more Corman films, and then started working as a VFX Supervisor for features for Universal, Trimark, Capital Arts and on numerous television projects, thereby completing his graduation from the "Roger Corman Film School".
Since then, he has created visual effects on many features, directed 2 half-hour animated children's shows, co-authored the best-selling book "Mastering Maya" and is currently working on the VFX for a film at the American Film Institute (AFI). He is also a regular beta tester on many Autodesk and Adobe products and he speaks regularly on the subjects of animation and visual effects across the country.
Harovas is a member of the Visual Effects Society.
The Visual Effects Society (VES) is a non-profit professional, honorary society, dedicated to advancing the arts, sciences, and applications of visual effects and to improving the welfare of its members by providing professional enrichment and education, fostering community, and promoting industry recognition.

Could you have done some holdouts using the fluid's depth so that you could keep the sense of depth but still render each element on its own? Nice result, eith

Loved the end (even though you got frustrated), you still wanted to finish your sentence over the noise of the beeping alarm, or cell phone, or whatever. I continue to be amazed at how ICE can be used to solve p
