Initially from a computer & material science engineering background, Rizal had his first taste of directing during a film course, where he made a short film titled The Last Fight of the Regnant. He hasn’t looked back since. Graduating in 2009 at the top of his SAE digital film cohort, Rizal currently works at MTV Asia as a digital producer. He is passionate about cinematography and counts the epic 300 and The Matrix trilogy among his favourite films.
