Ryan Leath Claypool

Hello, my name is Ryan Claypool. I am a Filmmaker/Freelance FCP Editor and Videographer.

I am about 4 months new to the Seattle/Portland area and have been editing with Joe Shapiro (editor for "Zoo" and "Police Beat") on a full length documentary since the move.

I have been working in film and video production now for about 3 years, graduating from SIU's Cinema and Photography program prior. My commercial work has been seen nation-wide on ESPN and my short films have been seen in the Milwaukee International Film Festival, the New Vision Cinema Series in New York, the Bay Street Film Festival in Ontario, and have received Best Documentary at the Route 66 Film Festival.

My main focus in film and video work has recently been in post-production set-up, editing and junior colorist work. My most recent commercial editing work was with Artefact in Seattle. I have also produced and shot most of my commercial work you see here.
