well, the weekly improvisation was a project i did for a few years...

by the time i stopped doing it i'd done 167 of them over 3 years...

it kept me being creative while i was working, a good discipline to stick to and good practise in recording audio, and filming and editing video...

after week 167 was published (both here & on youtube), (year 4 week 11), i'd recorded & filmed 2 more weeks, but i realised that i didn't have the will power to edit them, and put them online...

so i'm currently resting from it, i may bring it back, i may not x
