Robertina Sebjanic

Robertina Šebjanič works as part of the collective at LJUDMILA, digital lab; she is coordinator of LJUDMILA educational activities (Edu_Lab, Free-Circuit and Digital Dish) and artistic program.

Robertina had studied at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design and at Famul Stuart - both Ljubljana, Slovenia based schools. In academic year 2005/2006 she had studied at the Valand School of Fine Arts in Gothenburg, Sweden.

The context for her ideas and concepts is often realised in collaboration with other authors, and thus through interdisciplinary and informal integration embodies in her work.
In her projects she explores various media such as video and ambiental installations and more broadly conceived cross media / technology within the context of contemporary art practice.

She has already presented solo exhibitions as well as taken part in international exhibitions and festivals (Prima Gallery Berlin, Gallery SC - Zagreb, Netaudio festival-London, Likovni salon Gallery -Celje. Gallery Akatraz- Ljubljana, Paraflows - Vienna, Haip - Ljubljana, Amber - Istanbul, The Museum of contemporary art of Vojvodina in Novi Sad, Gallery KiBela, Kibla -Maribor, SCCA - Ljubljana etc..)
