4 months agoRScottyL commented on Water FountainYeah, I tried re-encoding it and still got the same thing. I also was using Adobe Media Encoder in Premiere Pro CS3, which I have heard people having the same issues with, but I didn't see it on my other two videos!

I am using HDVSplit to capture from the camcorder to the computer. I am using Windows XP! You can find HDVSplit here:

I am also using Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 to edit and convert the footage.
