For artwork, I use any medium I can get my hands on. It depends on the subject and what medium fits best.
On Vimeo, I primarily show video art projects, although here and there I publish shorts about other art projects as well, like the 'Wooden Dimensions' series, or 'Lost Corners'.

Might be a long shot, but did you change your template or added plugins? Lately we found out that more and more themes and plugins mess with the output of URLs containing special characters.
