    Hello, Last time this year I purchased the Vimeo Plus subscription. I enjoyed it for the first year, but wan't planning on upgrading to it this year. Apparently, my one year was up and my Plus membership auto-renewed, which I really did not want it to do. Therefore, I was wondering if there was anyway that you could cancel my Plus membership for this year and refund my money for it. It has only been a day since it auto-renewed and I haven't uploaded any videos with it in about a week. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work you do here. Best regards, Ryan
