Usually the 24-105 F4 IS L but sometimes the 16-35mm f2.8 is handy. I like having the IS though.

I shoot in all frame rates but only edit in 24p. For better slow motion you just have to pick the right shots. Shooting at 60p too also helps, but I also use Twixtor.

For color correction I use Apple Color. For those who want total control I think it's the best out there. I customize all my color corrections due to all the differences in location lighting so there's no single filter that works for all clips.
