Carol grew up in a military family and developed a strong work ethic at an early age. Her tenacity has taken her from graduating Purdue University with honors to the corporate world of an exciting Fortune 100 company as director of human resources and labor relations.

Carol and Paul have one son who attends Pine View School and loves to play basketball.
