Formed Because of the strong spirit of friendship and brotherhood as well as the high power of imagination 10th January 2005 We ventured to form a Community Called Street Art Surabaia (SAS). Initially not only engaged in street art alone but call soul Because We specialize to Further deepen the art or That We Often Hear the term graffiti. The result did not talk much longer We Can survive until now.

Lack of support from people around about our actions, not discourage us to continue working and always evolving, and without stopping to continue to learn and exchange ideas about the meaning of the actual graffiti.

Because we as arek (call for young Surabaya) active and creative, in addition to tighten the friendship that we felt like a brother, we are also active participants in the movement of graffiti in Surabaya on special and in Indonesia in general. We try to always get closer to the public until the public views art not only as street art and graffiti alone, but we try to raise different thematic associated with the culture of Surabaya and is always actively involved in various activities both commercial and social.

We introduce more puposive our identity a few years back in the city itself, because we consider this rather haphazard community and we want to strengthen the brand image as well as network / network in the city itself well for lovers of graffiti / street art, civil society, private businesses, or The apparatus of State / institution relevant bureaucrats. Because of the growth in time we ventured out of our city and we are optimistic to assume that the
large community but with the simplicity of the existing culture and Arek Surabaya.

Not only among the graffiti, we also frequently work with other performers such as music without distinction - distinguishing gendre flow and the music, the perpetrators of other visual arts, human special tourism in Surabaya, the lovers of motorcycles, and even the political elite .
