Gerald Schwertberger Plus
Born 1941, studied German language and literature as well as music (music education, instruments); worked as bass-player and arranger with amateur and professional Jazz- and Dance Bands in St.Pölten and Vienna; taught German, music, guitar, choir at highschools (Gymnasium); courses of German as foreign language for students of Viennese universities. 1977-1986 lived and worked in Guatemala City (Central America).
Composed and published a lot of music for guitar, piano, recorder, ensembles etc. Textbooks for Secondary Schools; Musicologist. TAKTLOS-PROTAKTSCHEN to spread manuscripts of music composed or arranged by Schwertberger and Franz Ippisch (1883-1958, Austria - Guatemala).
