Scubaboy (despite the silly name) is pretty good. It used to be one guy based in Bristol, but now it’s 3 guys based in Bristol and London.

Since the early 90’s we’ve utilised different machines (mainly computers or photographic equipment) to create things, although sometimes all we’ve needed was paper and felt tips (non-toxic).

We’ve worked for loads of people, some direct such as UNKLE, Cagedbaby, Delirious?, The Baker Brothers, MTV, The Salt Company, Southbank Centre, Captain, The Infadels, Reuben, Tokio Hotel and some through friends/tenuious connections such as Jamie Cullum, Warner Brothers, and Oxfam, on a variety of projects. Most often these are related to live visuals, music videos, animations and motion graphics.

Our style is a cross between sleek, high production value computer animation and really sketchy, lo-fi hand drawn animation, with the odd bit of live action stuff thrown in for good measure.

We’re pretty good at what we do, because ALL of our mothers said so. So we'll continue to do it until someone tells us to stop (but they have to have a good reason – the last guy didn’t) or some sort of natural disaster occurs in Bristol.
