Hi Peldi, I’m vzaar’s CTO. We’re not a spin off of Vimeo, but a similar company in a different space. We actually like to think of ourselves as " Vimeo for business". We draw a lot of inspiration from Vimeo but operate in a different market. Business videos and needs are often quite different to those of creatives and young film directors. We hope we can serve this market as well as Vimeo does theirs. We have a few features designed for screencasts like our Do Not Encode feature (http://vzaar.com/features/do_not_encode) which we think really works for these kinds of videos.
